Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Pops

 

Ingredients

Serves 4 depending on the size of your moulds.

  • 200g natural yoghurt

  • 100g strawberries

  • 1-2 tsp runny honey

Method

  1. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and stir in the honey.

  2. Mash the strawberries on a chopping board with a fork and add to the yoghurt.

  3. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
