Seed bars

Ingredients

Makes 20 bite sized bits

  • 100g bar 85% cocoa chocolate

  • 100g Linwoods milled seeds (I used this one)

  • 100g halzelnuts

  • 100g dates

  • 3 tblsp nut butter (peanut or almond)

  • zest of an orange

  • 3 tblsp orange juice (or water)

  • 2 tblsp cacao nibs

  • pinch of salt

Method

1. Line a 20cm square baking tray.

2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of water.

3. Put all the other ingredients in your food processor and pulse until the mixture gets sticky.

4. Squish the sticky mixture into the lined baking tray and pour the melted chocolate over the top.

5. Pop into your fridge (30mins) or freezer (15mins)and when the chocolate has set, take it out and cut into bite-sized pieces.
