Easy granola
Ingredients
200g jumbo oats OR 200g flaked coconut for the grain-free version
200g seeds and nuts (I used 100g pecans & 100g pumpkin seeds)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tblsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tblsp maple syrup
a pinch of sea salt
Method
Preheat your over to 160C.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Stir in the melted coconut and maple syrup
Layer on a lined baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and toasted.
