Easy granola

 

Ingredients

  • 200g jumbo oats OR 200g flaked coconut for the grain-free version

  • 200g seeds and nuts (I used 100g pecans & 100g pumpkin seeds)

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tblsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 2 tblsp maple syrup

  • a pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat your over to 160C.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

  3. Stir in the melted coconut and maple syrup

  4. Layer on a lined baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and toasted.
