Ingredients Serves 4
- 6 handfuls porridge oats
- 8 unsulphured apricots - chopped
- 4 dried figs - chopped
- handful each of mixed seeds - sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, linseed
- handful sultanas
- handful dates - chopped
- fresh milk/soya milk/natural yoghurt - to cover
to serve
- handful fresh berries - blueberries/raspberries/strawberries/redcurrants
- handful hazelnuts
- handful almonds
- apples and pears - chopped or grated
- maple syrup or manuka honey to sweeten (optional)
