A great start to the day - try any combination of soft fruit - mango, peaches, nectarines, fresh pineapple, grapes or frozen raspberries – you can add honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.

- a big handful of strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/mango/pineapple, etc…
- 2 tablespoons live/bio natural yoghurt
- a splash of ice cold semi skimmed milk or soya milk
- handful of pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, linseed seeds (optional)
