Breakfast in a glass

A great start to the day - try any combination of soft fruit - mango, peaches, nectarines, fresh pineapple, grapes or frozen raspberries – you can add honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.

serves 2 - 3
Ingredients
  • a big handful of strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/mango/pineapple, etc…
  • 2 tablespoons live/bio natural yoghurt
  • a splash of ice cold semi skimmed milk or soya milk
  • handful of pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, linseed seeds (optional)
Method
  • place all the ingredients into a big jug
  • whiz together with a hand blender, smoothie maker or liquidiser
  • add more milk if its a bit thick
  • pour into a tall glass
